BINAMANDIRI TRAINING CENTER

Binamandiri currently manage and maintain 5 (five) training center and dormitory scattered around Malang City, with the capacity totally is around 750 workers.

All of our training centers are designed mainly to focus the training for house-keeping which is the most concern from our founder Mrs. Tuti Sanarto, in order to create professional and well-trained Housemaid. We design our training centers like a family house/apartment with complete and modern household. Most of the workers whom we train are from the villages, with low education and poor knowledge of work, manner, hygiene and especially human relationship that is why the need to make the workers adapt and suit with the new environment they will face in the working place in the destination countries is the purpose we invested in our training centers.

Beside with the complete and modern household also clean-hygiene environment, our Training centers are equipped with:

1. Language Laboratory
2. Baby care and  Nursing Children Training Facilities
3. Elderly care Training Facilities
4. Multipurpose Auditoriums
5. Cooking and Table Manner Training Facilities
6. Sewing and Clothing Training Facilities

For human relationship and employer-employee manner relationship, Binamandiri also trains the workers in respective and selected family with complete and modern household and hygiene environment thus also for evaluation of the workers training in Binamandiri Training Center.

To increase the knowledge and experience of the workers, Binamandiri also joins cooperation with respective institutions to train the workers. The institutions are:

1. Muhammadiyah Mother and Children Hospital, to train taking care new born baby and get new knowledge about child illness.
2. Panti Werdha Elderly Shelter
3. Sono Kembang Catering Company
4. Brawijaya University Hotel

We realize that in handling human resources such as training workers, it is never been as good as the employer requested, but from time to time we try to improve our method and environment in training center, so that we can create qualified and professional workers, as we tend to prioritize quality instead of quantity. Our goal to train workers is that the workers can accomplished with theirs term of employment contract, and the employers satisfy with the quality of works from the maids.
